Freddie and the Dreamers 1964 J R Thompson 1st - 8th February 1965Manchester pop group Freddie and the Dreamers join a celebration party in their honour at the President Hotel in Russell Square, London following their success on Sunday Night at the Palladium. Here singer Freddie Garrity and the rest of his band Derek Quinn, Roy Crewdson, Bernie Dwyer and Pete Birrell make their entrance with the ice cream gateau made specially for the occasion with the group decorating the top of the cake. 22nd March 1964.
