Seems distinctly cleaner than a bottle of the '98 I tasted last year
There is both more volume and richness to the large-scaled
silky tannins add to the wine's considerable raciness
reasonably persistent and dusty finish that exhibits a mild touch of austerity
framing ripe green fruit and obvious mineral notes that continue onto the crisp
Darioush, Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Brut Zero Seems distinctly cleaner than aFocused and fine grained, with red and black currant paste flavors, flanked by singed alder and backed by a tug of loam through the finish. Frankly toasted on the finish, but there's ample fruit to soak that up with some cellaring. Best from 2022 through 2032. 9,250 cases made. Published on August 31, 2021
