2022 Fumey Chatelain Arbois Chardonnay, Jura, France Vincent Latour pressed for 8+ hours withA blend of different parcels at different elevation and soil composition across Arbois. Direct press and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tank. Aged for 18 months in a combination of stainless still, barrel and foudre. The latest mise tardive 2020 release has seen an extra 12 months of ageing.
